The yatra takes you across remote Himalayan terrain, high mountain passes, sacred monasteries, and vast Tibetan plateaus. Pilgrims perform the holy Kailash Parikrama (Kora), crossing Dolma La Pass, and witness the divine serenity of Mansarovar Lake. The journey is physically demanding yet spiritually uplifting.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 — Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrival, hotel transfer, rest, and pilgrimage briefing.

Day 2 — Kathmandu Sightseeing & Preparations

Pashupatinath, Budhanilkantha, and final yatra preparations.

Day 3 — Drive to Syabrubesi

Scenic drive through hills and river valleys. (6–7 hrs)

Day 4 — Syabrubesi to Kerung (Tibet)

Cross Nepal–Tibet border and drive to Kerung. (4–5 hrs)

Day 5 — Acclimatization Day in Kerung

Rest, short hikes, and altitude adaptation.

Day 6 — Drive to Saga

Drive across Tibetan plateau with stunning mountain views. (6 hrs)

Day 7 — Saga to Mansarovar Lake

First sight of Mount Kailash and holy Mansarovar Lake. (6–7 hrs)

Day 8 — Mansarovar Lake to Darchen

Holy bath, rituals, and drive to Darchen (base of Kailash).

Day 9 — Kailash Parikrama: Darchen to Dirapuk

First day of Parikrama with views of north face of Kailash. (5–6 hrs)

Day 10 — Dirapuk to Zuthulpuk via Dolma La Pass

Cross Dolma La Pass (5,630 m), most challenging day. (8–9 hrs)

Day 11 — Zuthulpuk to Saga

Completion of Parikrama and drive back to Saga.

Day 12 — Saga to Kerung

Return drive through Tibetan plateau.

Day 13 — Kerung to Kathmandu

Cross border and drive back to Kathmandu.

Day 14 — Departure / Free Day

Departure or optional sightseeing in Kathmandu.
