Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 — Arrival in Haridwar/Rishikesh
Arrival at Haridwar or Rishikesh, hotel check-in, and evening Ganga Aarti. Trek briefing and preparation.
Day 2 — Drive to Guptkashi
Scenic 8-9 hour drive through Devprayag, Srinagar, and Rudraprayag. Overnight in Guptkashi (1,319 m). (220 km)
Day 3 — Drive to Gaurikund – Trek to Kedarnath
Early morning drive to Gaurikund (1,982 m). Begin 16 km trek to Kedarnath through Rambara and Linchauli. Evening darshan at temple. (7-8 hrs trek)
Day 4 — Kedarnath Temple Visit – Trek to Gaurikund
Early morning temple rituals and puja. Explore the area, visit Bhairav Temple. Descend back to Gaurikund. (6-7 hrs)
Day 5 — Drive to Guptkashi/Rudraprayag
Leisurely morning, then drive back to Guptkashi or Rudraprayag. Optional visit to local temples.
Day 6 — Drive Back to Haridwar/Rishikesh
Return journey through beautiful mountain roads. Evening free for exploration or rest.
Day 7 — Departure
Transfer to airport/railway station for onward journey.
